4C Calculator provides users access to the information related to estimation of diamond pricing.
3.1 4C Calculator does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability of any information provided.
3.2 Pricing is based on subjective methods and no guarantees from 4C Calculator. User agrees that 4C Calculator is not responsible for any additional, consequential, or other damages.
4. CONDITIONS OF USE
4.1. You will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to:
(i) make and distribute copies of 4C Calculator;
(ii) use 4C Calculator in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms of Use, or act fraudulently or maliciously for example by hacking into or inserting malicious code into 4C Calculator or other operating systems;
(iii) or use 4C Calculator in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise 4C Calculator, its systems or security or interfere with other users.

6.3. 4C Calculator will provide support and/or maintenance for 4C Calculator. Support for 4C Calculator errors or defects is available by emailing developer@crane-a.co.jp. 4C Calculator will not be responsible for ensuring 100% availability of the Calculator, and email support is only offered from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UTC +8 (MST/MYT).
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. In no event will 4C Calculator be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your use or access to 4C Calculator.
7.2. 4C Calculator is not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment including but not limited to computer equipment, handheld device, or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of 4C Calculator.
